Sixteen years into the 21st century, this book chronicles Bob Dylan's 21st century journey, one year at a time, with a focus on new releases, bootleg series of archive recordings, reissued albums, and a variety of other works. The book is a new account of Dylan's life, written by the author of the Iwanami Shinsho book "Bob Dylan: The Spirit of Rock," and covers his world tour, which began in the late 1980s under the name "Never Ending Tour" and continues to this day, his Grammy Award, Academy Award, and Pulitzer Prize awards, his various musical activities, and even his work as a painter. This is the latest collection of Dylan essays that has not been included in any "shinsho" book, and features over 100 original albums and related works, all with abundant color photographs.
