Masked Charismatics: Why Rock Seeks the Unusual? Masks have existed throughout the ages, sometimes as an artist's "alter ego," and sometimes as a device to shock people or a symbol of anonymity.
The film traces the footsteps of the "masked charisma" that continues to provoke the scene, with interviews and explanatory texts from 14 artists, including Marilyn Manson, Daft Punk, Slipknot, and Robert Smith, as well as the untold story of the birth of David Bowie's Ziggy Stardust, which could be considered the monumental beginning of the scene.
