■About ordering
The ordering process on this website is as follows:
*We do not accept orders via phone or email.
1. Once you have decided on the product you want to purchase, check the quantity and click the "Add to Cart" button. For products that come in sizes, such as T-shirts, please specify the size you want (sizes that are out of stock cannot be selected).
2. Once you have added all the items you want to purchase to your cart, click the cart icon in the top right of the screen to go to the cart page. On the cart page, you can adjust the purchase quantity or delete items you do not want to purchase. Also, if there are items you added to your cart that are not reflected on the cart page, click "Update Cart".
3. Customers who are registered as members and have placed orders in the past will be awarded points. Points can be exchanged for coupons at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen. For details, please see [User Guide/Points] .
4. If you would like gift wrapping, please click "Use" in the Gift Wrapping Service section on the cart page and add the item you would like to your cart. For details, please see [User Guide - About Gift Wrapping Service] .
5. If you are ordering alcohol, please be sure to check the box that says "I am over 20 years of age" above the "Purchase Procedure" screen.
6. Make sure all the items and quantities you wish to purchase are displayed in your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout".
7. Please refer to [User Guide/Payment] for the purchase procedure.
8. Once your purchase is complete, your order will be prepared for shipping. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information.
■About canceling your order
-As a general rule, orders cannot be cancelled or changed after they have been confirmed.
