About points

■ About points

・Customers who wish to use the points service must register as a member (log in).
・When you place an order, points will be awarded according to the purchase price after the product has been shipped.
・Points will be awarded to customers who are not registered members (logged in) or who select "Easy order using registered address and payment method" on the purchase process screen. However, points cannot be used unless you register as a member (log in) with the email address used at the time of ordering.
・If your order is shipped in installments, such as when you purchase a pre-order item and a regular item at the same time, points will be awarded once all items in your order have been shipped.
・The points you receive can be exchanged for coupons. For details, please see the section below on [How to exchange points for coupons].
・The points you can earn are equivalent to 1% of the product price, and fees such as delivery fees and cash on delivery fees are not eligible for points.
- After logging in, you can check your points on the points management screen, which can be accessed by clicking the "P" mark at the bottom right of the screen.
・Points do not have an expiration date.

■How to exchange points for coupons

・Member registration (login) is required to use points as coupons.
- You can exchange your held points for coupons on the points management screen, with 1 point = 1 yen.
- On the points management screen, click "Coupon exchange/history," then on the next screen, enter the number of points you want to exchange for a coupon and click "Exchange points for coupon," and a coupon code will be issued.

■How to use the exchanged coupon
Issued coupons can only be used on this website.

If there are products in the cart
・Click "Apply" on the coupon code issuing screen in the previous section to move to the purchase procedure screen. The applied coupon code will be automatically entered and the discounted amount will be displayed.
・If you do not want to use a coupon, click the "X" next to the coupon code on the purchase procedure screen to remove the coupon (this will not invalidate the coupon).

If there are no products in the cart
・Click "Apply" on the coupon code issuing screen in the previous section to go to the PGS homepage. When you add the product you want to purchase to your cart, the applied coupon code will be automatically entered on the cart screen, and the discounted amount for the coupon will be displayed.

・If you copied the coupon code without clicking "Apply" on the points management screen, you can paste it into the coupon code input field on the purchase procedure screen or enter it directly and click the "Apply" button to reflect the discount amount.

*If you use a coupon for an amount greater than the discount amount, the amount that cannot be applied will be lost.
