Gift wrapping service
PGS offers a gift wrapping service for presents for loved ones.

■If you order multiple items in one order, we cannot separate the items for wrapping. If you would like to have each item wrapped individually, please place a separate order for each item.
■If you order both items that are eligible for wrapping and items that are not eligible for wrapping at the same time, only the eligible items will be wrapped together (please see above for eligible items).
■We cannot accept requests for specific wrapping methods or gift bags only. We also cannot accommodate individual requests such as the size or number of gift bags.
■During periods of high demand such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas, etc., shipping may take longer. Please place your order well in advance.

Only products that qualify for gift wrapping will be wrapped in the "Gift Bag/White" method.
We will wrap your item in the most appropriate size based on its characteristics and size, so please leave the wrapping method up to us.
[Products that can be gift wrapped] The largest size is large enough to fit a hoodie.
Eligible items include T-shirts, hoodies, mugs, smartphone cases, stickers, patches, badges, and other small items that can be shipped normally.
*Please note that we currently do not accept posters, interior frames, or large figures.
*All pre-ordered items are excluded.
Even if you order multiple items that qualify for wrapping, we cannot accommodate requests to wrap each item individually.
Please note that in any case, only "items eligible for wrapping" will be wrapped together per order.
If you order "items eligible for wrapping" and non-eligible items at the same time, only the "items eligible for wrapping" will be wrapped together.
We cannot accommodate individual requests such as specifying wrapping methods, shipping only small bags or packaging material, or specifying bag sizes or numbers.
*If you do not want to include a delivery note, be sure to select "No delivery note required" in the order notes/shipping notes section displayed on the payment screen.
*Please apply with plenty of time to allow for delivery.
