I went to the Primitive Mother of God (PINK FLOYD TRIPS) ``Princess Divine Mother'' 2024-2025 Special ~ Year-end Special ~ held at EX THEATER ROPPONGI on December 30th, 2024.
It was a moment where we were able to fully enjoy the spectacular lighting, the stage, and PINK FLOYD's worldview.
As it was a year-end special, the final performance with not only the orchestra but also the choir was spectacular.

~ Artist file ~
In the 1970s, rock was far removed from mainstream society in Japan and was never featured in commercials, but it was the best era for rock music and its brilliance has not faded even 50 years later.
After the anti-war 1960s, this was a time when free creativity and entertainment flourished.
In rock magazines, bands like The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Yes, Grand Funk Railroad, and others reigned like gods, and a new generation of bands like KISS, Queen, and Aerosmith were added to the list.
With her long hair and fairy-like appearance, profound worldview, and ferociously beautiful music, I felt they were like a holy scripture, conveying an important meaning for life.
Even though my heart felt like it was about to explode every day, I realized that most of the common sense of the world and what I was told at home and school were superficial and lies, and that rock was the only thing I could believe in in this world, as if it were a magic spell.
As time passed, we grew and the magic faded, but the sound that could only be achieved in that era, the brilliance of 70's rock, lives on in the cells of those who experienced it, and continues to spread in various forms into the world today.
What was that intense feeling?
Sometimes it seems like a dream memory,
For those who were exposed to rock music during that time,
The truth is that I and the world have completely changed.
Now, half a century later, I'd like to take another look at what that moment was like.
I would like people who are unfamiliar with that era to experience it as well.
