IRON MAIDEN visits Japan for the first time in 8 years!!
I'm an IRON MAIDEN fan who works at PGS and I've seen every show.
The venue was packed with fans not only from Japan but from all over the world, and the excitement of the concert created a heated atmosphere.
What was amazing was that, despite all the members being quite elderly, they performed energetically at every show without showing any signs of fatigue. The leader, Steve Harris, even plays live with his other group, BRITISH LION, on his days off, and is playing almost every day during their stay. It's incredible.
Speaking of IRON MAIDEN, you can't miss the splendor of their stage set. As you can see in the photo, there were many pillars of fire, beautiful lighting that matched the atmosphere of the songs, and backdrops that changed with each song. The production, which made the members' amazing performance look even more attractive, was overwhelming once again.
And one thing that is indispensable at IRON MAIDEN concerts is the IRON MAIDEN character "Eddie"!!
This time, Eddie appeared moving around the stage three times, and a giant Eddie appeared from behind the stage once at the end of the main performance. Eddie in the album "SOMEWHERE IN TIME" in the photo had a gunfight with Bruce Dickinson, and it was so cool!!
It was a wonderful performance in Japan that reaffirmed that IRON MAIDEN is a modern heavy metal band that can show the strongest stage. IRON MAIDEN has announced that they will be holding tours next year and the year after, so I hope they will come to Japan again!!
