Payment

You can choose from the following payment methods: credit card, cash on delivery, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPay, convenience store payment, or deferred payment (Paydy).
*As of January 6, 2025, payment with Amazon Pay will no longer be available. Thank you for your understanding.

All transactions are conducted using a system called SSL. Credit card numbers and other information are encrypted before being transmitted, so please rest assured.

■Payment by credit card

Visa / Mastercard / JCB / American Express / Diners Club / Discover

*Only lump-sum payments are available.
*Our card payment system does not issue credit card receipts. Please check the statement sent to you by your card company.
*Depending on your usage status, etc., you may be asked to change to another payment method.
*Please use a credit card in your own name. If there are any issues with the credit card, your order will not be accepted.

- On the purchase procedure screen, select "credit card" as the payment method and enter your details in the appropriate fields.
- If the shipping address and billing address (the address associated with your payment method) are different because you are purchasing a gift, for example, uncheck "Use shipping address as billing address" and enter the card holder's address as the billing address in the input field that appears at the bottom.

■Payment by cash on delivery

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery, please pay the total amount including the product price, delivery fee and cash on delivery fee to the delivery company when you receive the product.

*Cash on delivery is only available in cash.
*The maximum amount that can be paid by cash on delivery is 300,000 yen.

・On the checkout screen, select cash on delivery as the payment method.
- For billing address, please select "Same as shipping address."
・Due to the convenience of the cart system, the total payment amount displayed is the sum of the product price and shipping fee, and does not include the cash on delivery fee. Please prepare the total amount including the product price, shipping fee, and cash on delivery fee (this is also displayed on the purchase procedure screen and in the email sent to the customer after the procedure is completed).

*If you do not receive the product within one week after it is shipped, the product will be returned. In that case, please note that you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and cash on delivery fee.
*Please note that cancellations cannot be made after the product has been shipped.
*If you are absent for a long period of time or refuse to receive the product when it is delivered, it will be treated as a prank order. Please note that we will charge you separately for the round-trip delivery fee and the cash on delivery fee.

■Payment with Shop Pay / Google Pay / Apple Pay

・Shop Pay is a credit card payment service provided by the online store system "Shopify." By registering for Shop Pay, you can easily make payments the next time you make a purchase by simply entering the 6-digit Shop Pay code (SMS authentication) sent to your mobile phone number, without having to enter your shipping address or credit card information.

- Google Pay is a payment method that allows you to complete payments quickly and easily as you do not need to enter your credit card information each time you use the service if you set up your credit card information in the Google Wallet app in advance.

・Apple Pay is a service that allows you to easily make payments with FaceID or Touch ID by putting your credit card and other items into Apple Wallet. With Apple Pay, you can make safer and more convenient payments without having to enter your card information. Anyone with an iPhone can easily set it up.

・Tap on your preferred payment method on the cart screen or checkout screen to proceed with the payment. (If you wish to pay with Apple Pay, the Apple Pay icon will be displayed on the checkout screen when accessing from an iOS device.)

*You can make payments without logging in (registering as a member), but please note that in that case, you will not be awarded points until you register as a member.

■Payment with PayPay

- Select "PayPay" on the checkout screen and click "Pay Now" to be redirected to the confirmation screen.
・After checking the payment amount, click "Proceed to PayPay". If you are using a smartphone, the PayPay payment screen will be displayed, and if you are using a computer, a QR code will be displayed, and you can proceed to payment.

■Payment at convenience stores

- After selecting convenience store payment on the checkout screen, click "Pay Now" to be redirected to the convenience store selection screen where you can make payment.
・When you select the convenience store where you want to make the payment, the payment screen will be displayed. Please confirm and make the payment within 3 days. Payment instructions will also be sent to your registered email address.

*If you choose to pay at a convenience store, please make the payment at the designated convenience store within 3 days. Please note that your order will be canceled if you miss the payment deadline.
*A payment fee of 220 yen (tax included) will be charged.
*If you would like to pay at a convenience store later, please use the following later payment (Paidy).

■Payment by deferred payment (Paidy)

If you register for Pay Later (Payday) in advance, you can make purchases by convenience store payment, bank transfer, or direct debit. You can also choose to pay in 3, 6, or 12 installments depending on the purchase amount.

・On the checkout screen, select Pay Later and click "Pay Now" to be redirected to the Pay Later login page. After logging in, please complete the payment process on the Pay Later screen.
・If the shipping address and billing address (the address associated with your payment method) are different because you are purchasing a gift, for example, select "Use a different billing address" in the billing address field and enter the address of the person who will be using the deferred payment option in the input field that appears at the bottom as the billing address.

*Paydy will issue an invoice on the 1st of the following month, closing the month at the end of each month, and will notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 5th of the month.
*Payment methods are convenience store payment (at convenience store terminals), bank transfer and direct debit.
*Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, the maximum fee is 390 yen (tax included), and for bank transfers, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee. For direct debit, no payment fee will be charged.
