Notice for customers who registered as members under the old PGS due to the renewal
Thank you for using PGS.
In connection with the site renewal, we sent an email to members on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 informing them about how to activate their current PGS accounts.
If you were a member of the old PGS, please check your email and activate your account. If you have not received the email, please contact us via the inquiry form.
*If the destination email address is a mobile phone company's email address (carrier email address) such as "docomo.ne.jp", "ezweb.ne.jp", or "softbank.jp", you may not be able to receive emails from us depending on your settings. If you have not received the account activation email, please contact us using the inquiry form below. In that case, please include an email address other than a carrier email address such as gmail in the body of the message.

■Regarding member passwords
To activate your existing account on the renewed site, you will need to reset your password. Please reset your password using the account activation email that was sent to all members.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
■ Regarding the transfer of points
Once you have activated your account and reset your password, the points you had in the old PGS will be transferred. Points will be converted at the same rate as before, 1 point = 1 yen, and you can still use them after the renewal.

■ Update your order history
Due to the renewal, the basic system has changed and the functions of My Page will also be different from before, so you will not be able to carry over your past order history. We apologize for the inconvenience. In the renewed My Page (My Account), the details of your order will be easier to understand from your history.
*Please rest assured that orders for pre-ordered items and items on backorder are managed through the system.
*PGS will inform you via email regarding the order status before the renewal.

Please write "Member Invitation Email" in the subject line.
In the email address field, please enter the exact email address you registered with the old PGS.
