Unfortunately, the band's return to Japan, scheduled for May, has been postponed, but Paul McCartney fever continues to burn hot.
The purpose of this book is to thoroughly analyze the equipment he has used from the Beatles to Wings to the present day.
The book not only covers famous models such as the Hofner '500-1' and Rickenbacker '4001S' that are most reminiscent of Paul's, but also carefully explains each bass/guitar other than his regular favorites, such as Gibson, Epiphone, Martin, Yamaha, and Fender.
We analyze what instruments he has used to create music throughout his career.
We will examine from various angles how 'Paul's tone' was created.
In addition to the bass/guitar commentary, there are also articles such as "Album reviews based on the equipment used," "The Collectors' Kato Hisashi talks about his love for Paul," and "Guide to the equipment used during the 2013 Japan tour."
The book was supervised by Noriaki Iwamoto, a Beatles fanatic and manager of a musical instrument store, who shared the results of his many years of research in "Beatles Equipment Stories."
