[What is "Machine Wujira"?]
Mechagodzilla is primarily written in kanji as "Kikai Gojira."
This is a combination of "machine" (machine) and "Wu Er Luo," with "Wu" being reminiscent of the great Chinese state of Wu, "er" meaning "you," and "luo" meaning "connected ones," so it can be interpreted as "You (Mechagodzilla), the one who inherits the power of the ancient country."
